It’s ridiculous that we’re in this situation. But, none of those players were gonna help us win the B12.
Boynton is a good guy, but the attrition rate is horrid. For these kinds of problems we should have a roster full of studs. In the long run, we won’t miss any of these guys but we have to evaluate better this spring on the replacements coming from the transfer ranks.
A dude needing to lose an NFL RB in weight ain’t gonna cut it. A 6’2” guard trapped in a 6’8” body ain’t gonna cut it. A dude that doesn’t know what color jersey he’s wearing ain’t gonna cut it. Boynton has a chance to make this right this spring. For his sake, this is enough of the whiffing in evals.
