Argonauts have recently acquired the rights to former Oklahoma State player Justin Blackmon,
Blackmon will not necessarily be playing for the Argonauts any time soon. Blackmon violated the NFL's substance abuse policy three times in his short professional career, and is currently serving an indefinite suspension; until it is rescinded, Blackmon will not be eligible to play in the CFL.
The former two-time Biletnikoff Award winner has been plagued with off-the-field issues ever since he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012. His impressive rookie season was overshadowed by said issues, and many do not expect him to ever play again.
