I've posted this here previously but the illegal immigration thing has always struck me as strange. As pro-business as the Repubs are, they should be all for importing cheap labor, while the supposedly pro-labor Dems should be against illegal immigration and cheap foreign labor. Yet, that's amazingly not the case.

All anyone wants is immigration control which boils down to wanting everyone vetted.

Republicans are all for it. Republicans in Washington that is. The national border patrol union met with senator Rubio when he was in the gang of 8 and said he paid no attention to what he was saying and when the legislation was written it looked the special interest businesses that relied on illegal immigration Had written it themselves.
