I've lost a bunch of weight doing Atkins which is the precursor to Keto. I've recently started Keto (as it allows a wider variety of foods) to weigh less when my knee/s get replaced. The hard part of either of these low carb diets is not going back to your previous eating habits after losing the weight. The body has a weight it gets comfortable with and will seek to reestablish that weight after dieting.
