Know it's late but I don't have season tickets and have a will call ticket but would prefer to try to get a reserved group of 3 seats. Is there a better place than the okstate website/ticketmaster? They don't have anything available besides general admission. TIA

no, you will be able to get tickets at the door. Think reserved is sold out, though

Much of the venue is GA for wrestling. Buy tickets, get there early, you won’t have problems finding a good seat.

Look online to see which sections are general admission. The event staff have no clue and will tell you to sit any where you want.

It is absolutely correct that the event staff tells people to sit where they want. My three reserved seats usually have people in them until I arrive and they always say I was told I could sit anywhere I want. I am always nice to them but tell them that is incorrect. I can remember times years ago when I was stopped and asked for my ticket before proceeding to my seats. Maybe this policy should be reintroduced.

I have to say if you remember I was not nice then it had to be me. However, I had a bad day, my dog growled at me as I walked in the door and I had called one of my great grandchildren ugly. Other than that it was a typical day for me.

That would explain the kick then.:(

The Pokes set a new wrestling attendance record in the first season after expansion, packing in 10,802 for Bedlam on February 18, 2001.

just get there early enough so that you will not have to wait in line and miss the first match...go Pokes !!!
i think the Penn State dual beat that pretty badly a couple of years ago.

Edit-just looked it up. Official attendance that day was 14,059

That Penn State dual was packed, I was there. We have a higher seating capacity for wrestling due to setting up seats on the floor. I'm guessing for Iowa they will use a raised stage like they did for the PSU dual.

they are. I have a great panoramic pic of Gallagher cram-packed that day. It should be like that every dual! (well, it's a nice thought, anyway.) Will be there again Sunday, and hope it is the same.

I 100% agree with your statement. You are old however you are not as old as the one typing this. Don't trip over your beard on the way to your seats Sunday. I hope that it is packed.
LETS GO POKES!!!
