Bernie posts doctored video of Trump

I'm sorry, but that is funny.

I don't care who you are.
That is actually pretty funny. But can you imagine the whining from the board lib fags if the shoe were on the other foot.

But before they ruin all of the fun, we should all take a moment to laugh at this before you pansies claim to make it illegal.

Trump just said that Obama begged Kim for a meeting but Kim wouldn't meet him.
I went all over the net couldn't find any thing that showed that Obama ever showed interest in meeting Trump.
I guess that is what you call american politics today.

You’re engaging in a good bit of hyperbole here, IMO.

Pretty sure your net in the shithole country you live in isn’t the same one as everywhere else...

Big difference between something like this and subtly making a change to a video to make someone look bad. But go ahead share all of your accusatory outrage. It's a good look.

Am I reading this differently than everyone else?

Yup, like I said, Step 1.

Lol.

At both the intimation that I’m a liberal and that she actually said people that make fun of Congress should be prosecuted. In some situations, people that intimidate or threaten members of Congress can be prosecuted. I guess you missed that part of her wacky speech.

This coming from a member of “take him seriously, but not literally” crowd.

Listened to the quote in the video.

She didn’t exactly say what the twitter guys says she said.

Seriously, but not literally, and all that.

Her quote was that "those people who are online who are making fun of members of congress are a disgrace. And there is no need for anyone to think that is unacceptable. (I guess literally she said it was acceptable, if you count the double negative.) We're gonna shut them down (oh Facebook, we've got some more censorship needs, please) and work with whoever it is to shut them down (Oh, Google, can you assist here as well?) and they should be prosecuted. You cannot intimidate members of congress. You cannot threaten members of congress. It is against the law..."

Not sure how you read that quote, but it seriously sounds like she's saying that "making fun of Congress members online" amounts to intimidating them. Nowhere in her speech was she talking about people making legitimate threats. Those are taken seriously and prosecuted today. (Unless you are advocating for the assault and intimidation of Republican lawmakers, in which case its perfectly legal and even expected by those in our liberal bastions).

By the way, on the original topic, I thought both edited videos were well played and if this is deemed as needing censorship (from either side) then we are FUCT as a nation.

I certainly don't read that the same way you do, and I find it hard to take seriously anyone that claims an interpretation of liberals viewpoints that you do in your last sentence.

Also, I really don't understand giving the old "seriously, but not literally" pass being giving to favorite politicians and then interpretation of quotes from politicians one disagrees with in the most damning way possible.

Actually, I do understand. It's a simple double standard.
