FFS, almost no one is dying OF covid, people are dying of crap while having tested positive for covid. People die all the time, from many, many things.
The 800K deaths figure is just more propaganda, parroted back by the silly and stupid.
Italy reduced their "death count" by 96% a few months ago because I guess there is some small amount of integrity left in the authoritarian medical establishment. Not in the US, but we can be grateful there are a few out there still.
