Just read the article...interesting. I visited the brewery last year and talked to one of their folks about the Heineken acquisition (just 50% at the time). The one thing that might make this better is that Heineken is still a private, family-owned company and they seem to be saying the right things regarding their plans for the brewery. Up to this point, they seem to have left the beers themselves alone and have just increased their production and distribution reach. I am a little less worried with them as I would be with AB when it comes to screwing with the beers. AB is so large I could see them saying "You know, we could brew this with 25% rice and 2 out of 3 people won't even notice." I hope I'm right. Time will tell.
