Stop tapping your feet and maybe things won't get crowded.
While I agree, you have to take into consideration the possibility that one of the | | might be covered with urine or diarrhea, or have no TP.
anytime someone knocks on the door when I am in a public/office bathroom I always yell "come in!" It's amazing how many times the door knob gets tried.
