What is really going to be funny is watching the left embrace Bannon now, someone they once thought was worse than Hitler, just because he has spoken out about unproven allegations regarding Trump Jr and others.
Unlike the libs in general, I'm for all of them going to jail if they indeed did do something illegal. Doubt this leads to anything but a few headlines for a few weeks and then poof, something else will pop up so the media can play whack a mole with it.

Although I've never bit on the narrative that HRC was ever a democrat sacred cow. I give Obama the benefit but not her. She lost a primary in '08 (pretty convincingly) and wouldn't have won against Bernie Sanders in '16 but for the superdelegates and southern black vote. That's not an opinion. Not dominating either of those two demographics and she doesn't win the dem nomination.
She also got 2.7 million more votes than Trump, so....
I and many dems have disliked her for years. Here's Obama, who was cleaner than any POTUS in recent memory, and then her. She was against gay marriage, for the Iraq war, never rocked a corporate boat, etc. The cons have this narrative that she represents democrat loyalty and that is total fantasy. You strip away black vote and corporate women and she has nothing.

Here is where you know where the cards lie....take a look across the news landscape and see how many times this story is brought up now, as a negative on Trump, versus when Trump has accomplished anything (tax reform lets say) and see who embraces the whole thing versus the very same people who loathed Bannon before.

It seems someone is looking into the details of the Clinton investigation. That's good enough for me at this point. I don't know that the lying cankled bitch needs to be prosecuted. But I do know that the "investigation" appears to have been a pretty big sham. Who writes an exoneration statement well before the case is concluded unless the outcome was determined despite any evidence that may have come into the picture? Why was the top DOJ official secretly meeting with Bill the week before the conclusion was announced? Why was the lack of intent used a reason not to prosecute despite intent not being part of the statute? Why did the head of the investigative agency decide not to prosecute and not the head of the prosecuting agency? Why did one of the leaders of the investigation not recuse himself when his wife received $700,000 from Hillary folks for her campaign?
I get that these things don't smell bad to you because you're a guy who loves the stench Of the piles of shit all over the house because it was your beloved Party that was emptying their bowels. So all the leaks last that were blamed on the CIA. FBI, Preibus and the deep state were not them at all. It was Trumps buddy Bannon who he brought onboard and gave crazy security access to. This should be the big story that should be getting traction.

Getting this thread back on topic and out of Clinton derangement world, it has been very intriquing this week to watch the back and forth between Trump and Bannon. It is also interesting (not really surprising though) to read about what those who work for Trump actually think of him.
Although this has not been a good week for Trump (what else is new?), there is a great political opportunity in this mess for him. Too bad it appears, at this point, that he hasn't recognize it. Instead of acting like the child all those around him think he is, he should turn this into his advantage.
Trump has an excellent chance here to be perceived as moving more towards the center if he were to officially break from the Bannon wing of the Republican Party. If he were to frame this the correct way, it would give him an opportunity to pivot towards the center for both this November and 2020. And that could help, because if he receives a primary challenge in 2020, it wil be from the center not the right.
Of course, this assumes that the Trump that is described in the book has somehow changed over the past few days. And there is no evidence of that.
