Bannon & Priebus

Great choices. Priebus delivered Wisconsin and was one of the few establishment guys always in Trump's corner.

Bannon's campaign staff was outstanding and has his finger on the pulse of the new right.

Compromise choices in the establishment / new right sense, but I think really strong choices from a personnel standpoint.
I agree. Trump, Bannon & Company should have many great successes against the diaper pin crowd.

Is having the narcissistic ability to project your hidden bigotry, racism, etc. on others a requirement for being a lib?

Yes. That's what gives them the hyper awareness and guilt. You saw how David Allen called someone a pussy. But at his wine parties he is a feminist. You saw how many liberals crashed the Mexican immigration site the night trump won. I heard the Kenyan site crashed too. It's as obvious as a two year old with chocolate on his face denying he has been in the cookie jar. The mental illness part comes in when they aren't even aware of it.

I remember the the condescending and dismissive reactions from corporate media when Trump picked Bannon to run his campaign. (I was going to post some reaction clips from Youtube -- but most appear to have been deleted)

Trump's campaign became much more effective and better organized when Bannon (and Conway) started running it.

With Bannon in charge, Trump became way more disciplined (less mistakes -- Bannon clearly convinced him into using the teleprompter), his speeches became much more powerful and effective (and populist), and Trump won the election easily.

Of course the election losers don't want Bannon to continue to advising Trump.

Bannon may be Trump's Lee Atwater. The last campaign manager to take no prisoners. GHWB undid all Atwater accomplished reneging on "no new taxes".

In your estimation, what's different? Whatv are your specific hopes for/from Bannon?

Reagan (under Atwater) and apparently Trump (under Bannon) both were extremely effective in reaching out to the common man, the little guy.

The undoing of any political party is when they're perceived as elitist. The GOP, with globalists making the calls, had that problem and now progressives in the Democratic party seem to have the same issue.

When the little guy feels a politician or a party is for them, that's hard to overcome.

Generally speaking, blue-collar or working class Americans don't hate "rich" Americans, they despise elitists who look down their noses at them.
