I understand that we’re still losing other games that leave our fans shaking our collective heads, that many people, inside and outside the program, considered the hiring of Boynton laughable, that we were expected to be dead last this year, and - everyone said - had a lot less talent than every other Big 12 team.
But, as I said after the OU win, case dismissed on the ruling of whether or not the dude can coach and many scoffed. Since then, he’s engineered wins at KU and West Virginia. I’m proud to have him as our head coach.
