The All-American Tell Of Recruiting Star Fail
Twice as many 3 Star All-American's as 5
The true test of the Recruiting Star purveyors is the accuracy of their top or their 5 Star ratings and whether or not the athletes bestowed with those ratings truly are the very best of the best as the Recruiting Star outfits say they are within their own definitions.
If those 5 Star's aren't the best as they say they are then their 4 and 3 Star ratings are rendered moot. To compare the percentage of bogus 5 Stars to the 4 and 3 Stars that have no bearing without those same bogus 5 Stars is a sleight-of-hand deception intended to distract. The real question remains, are the 5 Stars what they say they are – are they the very best of the best?
There is a Consensus All-American Team for this past 2019 season (below). The consensus is that the players listed upon it are, by position, the very best of the best.
There is only one 5 Star on the Consensus All-American Offense. There is also one 2 Star on that same Offense.
All totaled on the Consensus All-American Offense, Defense, and Special Teams combined, there are ten 3-Stars to only five 5-Stars.

Coinciding with the results of the recent reveal of the Recruiting Stars of the most recent Super Bowl Starters, the Recruiting Stars of the All-American's tell the same tale.
While they manage to get a few "no-brainer" 5 Stars right, the enterprising Recruiting Star Grifters can not and do not accurately identify the very best of the best with their 5 Star ratings.
Recruiting Stars are contrived FakeNews and the shtick is a con.
