Paid TV advertising. Trump proved you don't need to spend over $1 billion on tv ads anymore. You also don't need a huge "ground game". You go talk to the people...and with the people. That costs money, but not as much.

Going forward, I think we see far fewer paid TV ads in national elections. I think you see targeted social media ads...
