With billions of tax payer dollars on the lie maybe Congress should look into this to insure everything is on the up and up I would also think any potential loophole like this should be closed by Congress.
I've heard a few different stories of leftist organization suing the federal government with the full blessing of the leftist within government and the DOJ. The DOJ either refuses to litigate or makes a profitable out of court settlement that benefits the leftist organization. All perfectly legal but about as corrupt as it comes.
