I mean he has a point but maybe don’t run on this idea? America will always be a struggle toward that Shining City on a Hill as it should be, humans are flawed and perfection is nothing but a pursuit.

I've always wondered why someone who doesn't think America is great would want to live here. We aren't East Germany. There's no wall keeping people in. Cuomo is more than welcome to pack up and move to somewhere better.
Did Laura say it was never great? Or was she against some of the changes that the US is facing that she believes makes it less so. Those are different positions.
