America since 2010

It was soooooo much better from 2010 to 2016. Then, starting Jan 17, people are literally dying because of tax cuts, deregulation, etc.

Do you think it was a good idea to take away overtime benefits for certain workers who weren’t getting them before Obama financial regulations? Is that a good thing to you?

Race relations took a nose dive with the normalization of victim culture.

Health care has been botched by both sides.

Everyone will be shocked by the next recession. That’s a given at this point. Oklahoma particularly will get caught with their pants down again instead of saving during boom times.

The weaponization of our government agencies for more political power will never get better. It’s now on the pendulum between right and left. Career employees are no longer looked at as innocent worker bees that do their thing no matter who is in power. We have obama to thank for that.

Yes.

Exempt employees know what they are signing up for when they agree to accept their jobs.

Forcing overtime pay for those employees only incintivizes companies to hire people at a lower pay scale or hire fewer people.

Yes...the OT benefits Obama pushed through actually hurt people. Many people started making less.

I’ve not been eligible for OT since I graduated college.

I sincerely look forward to your thoughts.. 2010 was an turning point year for me so that’s why I picked it. I didn’t follow politics much then so interested in different perspectives.
