Alex Jones trial

Still not seeing how calling Sandy Hook a hoax can be construed as slander. Also not seeing how it does any damage to the families. At least not more than about $1,000 worth of damage.
When you say something in publication that you testify under oath you knew was false, and it led to harassment and death threats by your followers……shit happens.

AJDS runs deep on here for sure - quite interesting to watch 🤔
I will take Alex Jones anyday over a bunch of Normies who let their president get taken down by anti Americans and let their puppet remain in power, over a bunch of subservient mask Wearing sheep, over a bunch of people that watch Faux/CNN fake news and gladly pay their money to a fake Ukrainian money laundering scheme- any old day. Dude fights the left and stands up rather than rolling over like half of the OSU Normies on board.

Most hate AJ bc the press told them to hate him, bc they were told to hate OMB, bc they were told to love Zelensky, bc they were told to mask up, lock down and be lab rats, bc they were told to pay corrupt govt extortion money they call taxes

Dude is a fighter which many or most on this hoard are absolutely not

He admitted he was wrong…if he’s a fighter he’s bloodied and battered from the other side. With more haymakers yet to come in punitive damages.

Carry on

I do not engage on here with pedos- go back to your normie banter POS

So you think ol' Alex really had kiddie porn on that phone? People that run around accusing people of something frequently are projecting their own guilt for that same conduct. Pretty obvious case if has that on his phone, isn't it? That'd be getting back to Hastert - level stuff, wouldn't it?

Honest hard work. Surprised you didn't know that. Well no, not really surprised.
David, you know I love and admire you, even though I’m hard pressed to show it on this board. But I don’t think you have the slightest notion of what hard work entails. I don’t know how old you are; I’m 75, and I don’t think you’d last an hour doing what I do, especially in Oklahoma 103 degree summer heat. Sitting for a few hours in front of a computer while the air conditioning keeps you comfortable may pay well, but it doesn’t fall under the hard work category. Making prudent investments takes a degree of intelligence (and luck), I’ll give you that. But don’t try to fool hard working people into thinking you’re one of us,

Ah Dan, I'm sorry that at 75 you have to get out in the heat. As for me, day to day is meetings, writing, analysis, etc. Using your noggin counts as hard work too doesn't it? I do enjoy physical work. I build stuff, I (try) to do my own maintenance projects. I enjoy the tactile as much as the intellectual effort. It just wouldn't be as lucrative given my meager talents.

Dan, working with one's mind is work.

Now quit being so lazy.

Don’t feel sorry for me, David, I love what I do, that’s why I keep doing it. The heat keeps me healthy, the physicality keeps me strong, and there’s just enough creativity required to keep me engaged and satisfied, and enough income to satisfy my wife’s desires.

I’m sure what you do is sometimes mentally taxing, and obviously very lucrative (you brag about your wealth almost daily), but, no, I would not consider a career that allowed me to become obese (if it’s true you are obese, I have no idea what you look like) to be considered hard work.

It’s interesting watching these cracks in your psyche appear. For someone trying to diagnose me as having multiple personalities, this hard work / healthy / wealthy passive-aggro argument sounds like the underpinnings of a batshit crazy anarchocapitalist-turned-commie who hates that he doesn’t make more for what he does lol

please…

So a guy can't be big-boned if they work a desk job? Sheesh, you're a bigot or something.

Yeah, that’s right, you nailed it.

I'm wondering which Senator Alex was communicating with. That sure seemed to rustle his jimmies. "You mean you have all of the texts? Like even ones with the Senator?" - I guess he didn't realize the mic was still hot.

The lack of credible legal counsel for the MAGAt crowd is astonishing and amusing.

Like I said I have no idea what you look like. I’m just making an assumption based on the countless ad hominem attacks against your appearance made by others. Why they think you’re obese is a mystery to me. And, yes, I’m sure there are lots of big-boned guys in your line of work, it’s probably where they belong. I just think it’s a little silly for you to call it hard work. I’m happy for you that you found something that brought you a degree of wealth. I get the impression that is a very high priority for you.

Being fairly rewarded for talent and effort is important to all of us isn't it? As an Anarcho-libertine isn't that the core of your other philosophy? BTW: I don't think Aristotle would concur with your political views. At all. But that is another conversation.

What matters to me is doing intellectually challenging work, having the opportunity to provide impact, the ability to align my work with my values, and being appropriately remunerated for my time and talent. Aristotle called that eudaimonia, but you already knew that. I have been fortunate enough to have landed several times into roles that allowed me to do that. Sue me.

What do you do?

Deep state all about sexualizing, trafficking, having sex with and raping kids. AJ fights them everyday - Again will take him over Most on this board who lets the DS cabal run roughshod over them masking kids, using kids as lab rats with unneeded experimental shots, teaching white guilt to our kids and racism and the more the Normies on here learn of all the pedophilia from the left they should feel way guilty. What don't believe it? If the normie board still can't see it with what they are doing now in the wide open they're a total moron

Strange. A jury says you are wrong. Huh, is anyone surprised by that?
Not surprised at all. Jury nullification is quite common. And jury verdicts do not establish precedent, which is why they generally are not reported in case books. Granted, I don’t expect a fat drunken slob such as yourself to understand this.

Carry on, fatboy.

So angry, lol. Why?

Never paid this guy any attention, didn’t follow the case and know little to nothing about it. How is this case different than what the MSM did to Sandman? The MSM recently had their cases dismissed but the conservative labeled outlet loses in court? I have no idea but just glancing at the story it seems like another example of the judicial double standard.

You should give yourself more credit. You hit the nail right on the head.

Failure to do so should leave any objective observer to doubt your sincerity or credibility on this matter.
Putin Dan at it again. Imposing upon other posters a standard he refuses to hold himself accountable to.

😆😆

He called out a woman by name and said she is part of a hoax and an actor.

He then shared her adress and she was harassed and given death threats by his followers.

That is an easy and obvious case of slander.

If would have simply said it was a hoax and left names out of it he would have been fine.

Has the guy never watched Breaking Bad and figured out he needed a case of burner phones.
