AHCA passes the House

But they get to keep Obamacare because they exempted themselves....

Makes sense.

lol I started an identical thread with identical points.

What a corrupt, selfish, stupid, cowardly group of people. Keep the best parts of it for themselves.

I tell you, the group celebrating at the White House right now sure are a diverse group of individuals!

It should be noted btw that 20 Republicans voted against the bill today. Should be interesting to see what happens when this disaster moves to the Senate.

Nice to have a party that has members that will think for themselves. If only 20 Dems had voted against Obamacare 8 years ago.

Judging people by their skin color. Martin Luther king would be proud. Go ahead and hate though, white dudes have big shoulders.

Not a fan of the bill... but it's hilarious to watch dems/libs complain about it being rushed and pushed through... let us not forget

You do know that 34 House Democrats voted against the ACA in 2010, correct?

They are simply noting the hypocrisy of Republican leaders who supposedly were so upset about the rush, but then turned around and rushed their bill through the House even faster than the ACA.

Hypocrisy runs wild on both sides of the political aisle though.

Scoundrels All!

Rather hilarious that a someone makes such a post (clearly not knowing the facts) and five people like it on this board.

And a simple google search could have revealed how many Democrats voted against the ACA.:D

No doubt... that's my point. Paul Ryan looks like a moron in all this... might save his job but should've gotten a CBO score, period.

While I agree that Ryan looks foolish, Paul Ryan is in a safe district. So minus a heavily funded primary challenger, Ryan doesn't really have to worry too about how he looks (unless he plans on running again for national office one day).

I think it is rather clear that what the House passed yesterday isn't going to be passed in the Senate. The Senate will most likely pass something, but it won't be the House bill. House Republicans and Trump wanted something they could point to as a "win", and that was the sole purpose of what occurred yesterday.

We will see come 2018 how much of a win it was for them.

haha, this is still funny!
