If there is one thing that I can't stop doing, it's watching Cowboy basketball. I admit, the last 10 years (not exact) have been disheartening to say the least. I have yelled, screamed, stayed silent and just stared at the tv as I am just a little too far from Stillwater to attend games all the time.

I remember when Huggy was at Cincinnati and claimed GIA was just another venue to play. The place was rocking in 2001-2003. We kicked his ass that night and I couldn't carry on a conversation with the person next to me. Eddie spoiled us and we have been in a holding pattern for far too many years.

I don't know the ins and outs of basketball, but absolutely love to watch Cowboy basketball. I have never met Coach Boynton (I'm still on board), Coach Sutton or anyone else that has sat courtside coaching. I do however feel a commonality with them as I am an alumni of the greatest university in the world (I know, too cheesy). I know they all wanted/want to succeed.

I am constantly rooting for this group of seniors as they have poured their heart and soul (I hope) into Cowboy basketball. We can talk about their positives and negatives, but they still wear the orange and black proudly and have not disrespected the University in any manner that I am aware of. Lets rally around this group and hope they don't give up. Encourage them to continue fighting. Lets hope they learn from adversity and grow up to be great men, fathers, mentors and great stewards for Oklahoma State University.
