The worst part about this is the establishment still thinks the people don't know what is best for them (a fine liberal stance) When trump blows it (either before or after the general election)they will say I told you so in 2020 and will have never known it wasn't about trump but about their own incompetence to battle the liberals with reasonable and responsible policies.

While this is a punch in the gut to them, they won't get it.

I have said I don't understand why Bernie or trump aren't more popular with blacks and why they would want more Obama policies since things haven't improved under Obama. It just sounded more racist the way you put it

I was just pointing out the obvious: people often don;t vote their best interests.

Equally obvious though: people do not like to be told they aren't voting their own best interests.

It remains to be seen whether Trump supporters are right or wrong though.
