saw a quick google note that the dealer cost invoice prices were accidentally released by ford. There's not a lot of room on these vehicles. Unfortunately, now I can't find it. I think the biggest profit was around $1,200 and down to like $400 on the cheaper models. Oh, here it is. Who knows if this is real or not but maybe...pretty skinny deal for the dealers.

I'm going to guess, and the article mentions it, that the holdback is an unknown number so the dealer invoice is most likely lower...how much is another unknown. To know what the actual dealer net on the cars is still a mystery. No way a dealer makes only $400 on the sale of a $30,000 car...or even $2,200 on a $60,000 car.
