Concerning Oklahoma State and how you project them...
There is no question that it is going to take some time to replace the experience that was lost on both sides of the ball, especially on defense. There are serious depth concerns at LB due to injuries, but the reality is that due to better recruiting, the Cowboys are replacing productive, experienced players with less experienced, more talented athletes across the board. This is a team that may start slow, but build momentum as the season goes along so long as injuries don't deplete them at a few key position groups.
This team will be way better offensively than you give them credit for. There are some depth issues on the offensive line, but the Cowboys currently have the best depth of talent at the skill positions that they have had under Gundy. There are more playmakers on this team than there were a year ago. Last year the Cowboys had a lot of little injuries at the WR position that limited the rotation and explosive plays in the passing game. This year the pool of talent at WR is far deeper and much faster. You also need to know that by failing to mention Tyreek Hill, you are missing one of the top 3 most explosive players in the conference and arguably the fastest player in the country.
