Most of the money will end up in the US. What is lost in all of it is no one wants to talk a peace treaty. The war can be over quickly if western leaders were pushing for peace. Not sure what we are gaining by continuing this fight. Get a cease fire, and find a compromise. Enough blood has been shed to make the we are not Chamberlain crowd satisfied they have put up a fight to protect freedom and we have avoided peace in our time. Eventually though freedom requires peace.
