They have become the farm system for Iowa. At what point does ASU pull the plug on their program? Yes, I’m sure we are working on something similar with regards to scholarships. But the rules are changing and I think it’s a direct answer to Section 8 Bob.

I think a limit is coming to how much one entity can give. I’m not sure if it’s one kid or in aggregate? I just think these days of throwing crazy money from one guy is coming to scrutiny.

I don’t mind discussing the scholarship endowment. But would a discussion on NIL endowment be more appropriate if things aren’t changing?

I know OSU has an active alumni base. So does Ohio State and a few others. To me, the future is in endowing scholarships. It takes a lot of the recruiting ambiguity out of the equation, and promotes the add-on benefits that the university can offer, such as NIL and post-collegiate goals.

Can you imagine how powerful it would be to have 30 full scholarship to give out? Endowing eliminates that discussion, so all you have left is RTC and NIL.
