2. Hire coaches from lower divisions and hope they produce.
3. Keep coaches on the staff that underperform because they have families.
4. Avoid recruiting anyone above a three star. Hope they turn 2 and 3 star players into four star players. Don’t yell at them at practice so as not to hurt their feelings.
5. Make sure coaches have short hours in order to be with loved ones, or to fish or hunt. Heaven knows they aren’t burning the midnight oil to recruit better players or change what they are doing.
