I live in the Columbus, OH metro area and HUD just moved a bunch of people from the ghetto East side to the SW part of the city which was predominately a working-class white area. Wouldn't you know it, all of a sudden a safe part of town has began to have an epidemic of home invasions, car thefts, robberies and even a fatal shooting.
