Of the ten worst neighborhoods in the country and show us what they have in store for the country. Bring in he national guard and all of the safety nets that they believe in. Show us how to take care of the population and when it is a success and the poverty is wiped out I will vote democrat for the rest of my life.

I get what you are saying, but really, the 10 worst neighborhoods in the country have probably already been under almost total government (liberal) control for decades.
