This is a really interesting topic. I'm sure you'll disagree, but I actually think there is a distinction between discrimination and full-on racism.
It's interesting when you discuss this topic with white men who claim their one experience with racism stems from not getting hired at, say, the fire department in favor of an inferior minority candidate.
