10:00 a.m. – Parking Opens (General Parking is free.)
11:00 a.m. – Gates Open
1:00 p.m. – Pre-Race Festivities begin: Our group receives a complimentary Pre-Race Pass, which includes up close access to Tri-Oval infield, pre-race concert featuring Mitchell Tenpenny, appearance by the Youth Chorus of Kansas City, and access to the Driver Introductions area.
2:00 p.m. – Nascar Cup Series Race Hollywood Casino 400 begins. This is race 3 of 14, and our group’s seats will be in Section 236.
The Kansas Speedway is a premier motorsports facility in the Midwest. The track, which opened in 2001, hosts two NASCAR Cup Series weekends each year.
Attendees are allowed to bring a 14” x 14” x 14” soft-sided cooler with snacks, water, soda, or an adult beverage—but NO GLASS.
Clay Juel (OSU Alum) is an account executive at the Kansas Speedway and has prepared a block of tickets for OSU fans at this amazing discount of $50. The normal price for this ticket package would be about $250.
This would also be a great stop for fans traveling home from the Iowa State football game. This event should appeal not only to NASCAR fans, but anyone else who has been curious about what a NASCAR race is all about.
