I have a lot of friends that love going to BB for family trips. We have never been. We typically go to Colorado or California, but the 3 hour drive from DFW is very appealing. What are some of your all thoughts of broken bow?
-What is weather like in summer? Is it same hot/humidity as rest of Oklahoma?
-Even if hot in summer is lake water still cool?
-I’ve read that lake is very clear and good fishing for trout, bass, walleye. I can’t find info on snakes… are there water moccasins?… It doesn’t look like there are.
-those that have stayed there so would you rather stay at home with an awesome view/amenities/new, but a little drive from lake and Hochatown restaurants (10-15 minutes)... Or something close to town without the view and maybe a little older?
