Wonder what will be said when someone licenced to carry shoots one of the "plains-clothes" military personnel out of fear for personal safety? Also, wonder why they are specifically targeting the southwest? I assume they have to be prepared for urban combat as well, so why not do this in Boston or D.C.? Oh wait, probably because those populaces have already allowed themselves to be disarmed.
