'Game of Thrones' Prequel 'House of the Dragon' Gets HBO Series Order

After the last seson of GOT I am pretty down on GOT content, but if they do this right it could be a great series and would be awesome if it includes the Dance of Dragons civil war, some Dunk and Egg stories and ends with Roberts rebellion.

yea, should be many seasons worth of content =]

I would worry about how much filler episodes filling in the timeline without source material.

It didn't seem to go all that well once the source material was exhausted. And you can say they have Martin for guidance, but it doesn't seem he has written much source material in the past 5-6 years.

Isn't GRRM doing the writing for this one. I would expect it to be better. Also heard him quoted saying he will finish WOW before doing this show.
