Good. Guy is basically an old school Democrat and imperialist ...... Oh, wait

But it is Rubio's apparent difficulty keeping his personal finances separated from those of his party that has Republicans concerned.

The credit card bills show Rubio charged items including $765.05 at Apple's online store, as well as the $134 haircut and items such as $114.70 at Mario the Baker, $10.50 at an AMC movie theater and $68 at Happy Wine liquor store near his home. Rubio claims the Happy Wine charges were 'to buy sandwiches for working lunches in my office, a legitimate expense.'

Other charges on the American Express card included $1,456.87 at Disneyworld, $761.54 at Costco and $171.15 at the Flower Mart of Hialeah, Florida as well as several hundred dollars in delinquency payments.

Rubio also charged the party $1,000 for repairs - carried out by one of Braman's companies - to his family's minivan, He said the vehicle was damaged by a parking valet at a Republican Party event.

He then charged a further $2,976.15 for an Avis hire car he says he needed for five weeks.

Columnist Carl Hiaasen of the Miami Herald took him to task for one AmEx bill for $412 charged at All Fusion Electronics in Miami for 'computer repairs.'

'If you visit All Fusion, you won't see many computers. However, the company does sell drum kits, guitars and karaoke machines,' wrote Hiaasen.

Yet you've been oddly silent regarding Clinton and her misappropriation of funds, email servers, etc.

Silent? Fox Noise has been beating Hillary with those charges for 25 years. They blamed her for murder of Vince Foster too. Hillary's faced every bullshit lie ever concocted by Fox Noise, none of which come close to what Rubio has been doing--very similar to that GOP gov of Virginia and his wife now doing time in the crossbar hotel. Rubio is a sneaky little weasel charging his personal expenses--like work on his house-- to his campaign> He's such a punky little weasel he tried to sneak a drink of water in front of 9 million viewers...did he think everybody would blink at once and misss it???!! That's the behavior of a lightweight guilt-ridden Nixonian gop politician with something to hide--now we know what it was..

Hillary and Bill pay for personal expenses out of their own pockets, unlike Rubio. Plus unlike Fox and GOP Hillary cares about poor people too. Just like Jesus said. That's why she's going to be next CIC with 55 pct of vote..

I understand you don't like Fox but the statement wasn't about Fox News. It was about you and your silence when Democrats get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Instead, you exhibit the exact same behavior as the news channel you condemn but for the other team. Shouldn't all politicians be held to the same standards?

Hillary's been refuting personal attacks and lies about her character for 25 years. So far--nothing's stuck.. Let's see how the weasel spins these allegations on world stage for the 300 days til he quits the race...

HILLARY GATHERS AN ARMY
By IAN BISHOP
Post Correspondent

July 24, 2006 -- WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign army has increased its ranks to 50 staffers and more than 20 consultants, specialists in everything from fund-raising to speech-writing to hairstyling and makeup.

Clinton, the likely 2008 Democratic White House front-runner, ponied up nearly $3,000 in campaign cash for her blond tresses to get some presidential pampering from acclaimed D.C. stylist Isabelle Goetz.

Recently released federal fund-raising records show Clinton shelled out $1,500 in April for Goetz to carefully craft her coiffure and another $1,000 for a camera-ready clip in May.

She passed off both styling sessions as "media production" expenses.

Clinton was so desperate for Goetz to style her gilded mane, she picked up the scissor siren's $405 travel tab in April and a $38 expenses tab in May.

Goetz, a fixture at the swank Cristophe salon and the favored stylist of John Kerry, has been clipping the former first lady's locks for years - she's credited for updating Clinton's coif from country to chic. To complement the touch-up of her tresses, Clinton invested another $3,000 for makeup maestro Barbara Lacy to brush on some blush.

Lacy is a Tinseltown pro who applied the makeup to actors' mugs in movies including "Minority Report," "Runaway Bride," "National Treasure" and "In the Line of Fire."

She can also take credit for working the West Wing - the NBC version. Clinton paid Lacy an eye-popping $1,600 for some eye-lining in mid-May and another mind-boggling $1,300 for some makeup two weeks later.

Again, Clinton justified the makeovers as a media production expense.

This Rubio prediction will go the same way has Up's death of the Republican party or who will win the Texas senate seat.

I can't wait to see Hillary debating a Rubio, Walker, Cruz, Fiorina or whoever the Republicans put up. She'll look like the corrupt thief she actually is.

Except for the shutting down of the legitimate vote count in Broward County by GOP thugs at the richest riot in American history that would have put Al Gore in the WH--I've been doing pretty well with Presidential election predictions!

Two for two on Obama kicking Repub ass by north of 100 EV.

Where's the evidence of Hillary corruption at bengazi??? Report said zilch...

You want worst scandal in American history, worse than Watergate????

Only one party's POTUS allowed worst terror attack in American history with advance warning then lied about WMD. Intel didn't matter Cheney/W/neocons were hellbent to invade Iraq. Absence of WMD had nothing to do with it--just lie about it.

Now THAT's a scandal that will rightfully keep gop out of offfice of Commander in Chief for at least another 16-32 years...

Hillary will top those margins by Obama v John McCain (cuntry first!!) and the 47 percenter--you heard it here first by CU...

CUp, do you really want to comment on vote counting/intimidation? Nor do you want to take on "transparency" (ya know, lets vote for the ACA so we can find out what is in it...numerous other examples). I don't care for Rubio, but this is a weak troll even by your low standards.

I didn't know that much about Rubio --- assumed he was just another big money puppet/whore.

He's done. Imagine how his princely/south beach spending habits are gonna look outside Florida and California.

Let me see--calling Hillary out for pantsuits, bengazi , murder, private emails and whitewater is "freedom of speech" but calling out GOP war whores for using campaign funds for hair cuts and home repairs, hijacking the presidential election, lying us into war, giving up on bin laden, 3000 dead Americans & 100,000 wounded is trolling???

riiiiiiiiiiight.....

Pantsuits, yes, that is trolling. You have to be completely naive to think that those were just private emails (but gosh, we should just trust her...you know...because she deleted everything....after it was discovered). Murder...very convenient circumstances even if there was no involvement. Bengazi was a catastrophic blunder. The rest of your blabbering is absolutely trolling. Glad to have cleared that up. Dems and Reps are absolutely whores, that is not news. I am also the first in line to call out the asshole republicans that call for everybody that they do not like to be impeached (it makes for a fun, albeit rapid way to get drunk, drinking game). It goes both ways. The GOP people here are just better at trolling than you. There is at least some thinly veiled attempt to make it look legitimate. Try harder next time.

My mistake, $1200 according to CBS News.

  1. Beverly Hills stylist Joseph Torrenueva tells the Washington Post that one of his haircuts for Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards cost $1,250 because Torrenueva had to fly to Atlanta and missed two days of work as a result.Jul 5, 2007

You're right. The voters will love it, see how well it turned out for Edwards?

He actually went and looked up a story of a democrat that got an expensive haircut to counterbalance Rubio's.

Just read a report that Republican Party is dying off like flies...

Yes. just like Jesus. Exactly like him.

Benghazi.

God LOVES big government.

10 So Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who were asking for a king from him. 11 He saiid, “These will be the ways of the king who will reign over you: he will take your sons and appoint them to his chariots and to be his horsemen and to run before his chariots. 12 And he will appoint for himself commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and some to plow his ground and to reap his harvest, and to make his implements of war and the equipment of his chariots. 13 He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. 14 He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive orchards and give them to his servants. 15 He will take the tenth of your grain and of your vineyards and give it to his officers and to his servants. 16 He will take your male servants and female servants and the best of your young men and your donkeys, and put them to his work. 17 He will take the tenth of your flocks, and you shall be his slaves. 18 And in that day you will cry out because of your king, whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the Lord will not answer you in that day.”

I learned two thing in this thread and one I already knew....

1. Maybe sys will need a public defender if he gets 12 dollar hair cuts
2. CUP has to be the biggest Democrat homer of all time
3. Rubio is not getting my vote (this I already knew)

You guys keep beating that party drum right into the submission of the government. The founding fathers never wanted this country to be divided by parties they wanted the people to have control of their country. This whole pick a side and keep my head in the sand is what is wrong with this country today. When as a society will THE PEOPLE look at the issues the parties are passing. Really it isn't even about parties anymore as lobbyist really rule the rules. They come in know the system as most are ex congressmen then they make sure and get the money in the right pockets to get their issues passed. This doesn't matter if they have a D or a R next that name. Remember when only the republicans got oilfield money? Now the oilfield companies buy off both parties to make sure their ideas and plans can continue. There is no difference in the two parties IMO now. I don't support parties and candidates anymore I send my money to certain lobby groups that work to buy off congressmen because that my friends is how the government is set up this day. So to say one party is abusing the system while another is so holy is the biggest crook of poo ever. The Clintons are money whores like the rest of them. They didn't get into politics to save the nation but to get rich and steal tax payer money it is the nature of the beast now.

The supposed "loyal" minority should play a very vital role, according to the FF.

The fact that on the day of Obama's first inaugural, not only did the Republican Party leadership NOT participate, that night they met like a cabal with the pronounced intention of making his first term hell and undermining anything he wanted to do as president. This AFTER 8 years of Bush hijacking an election and lying us into war.

Didn't even give the man elected by 55 million Americans 24 hours.

Told me all I needed to know about the "party of family values."

Good riddance

lol I guess my post went right over your head there.
No it blew off to the far right!
Seriously--good post.

It's your opinion. You don't believe in 2-party system.

Most Americans do and so did the FF.

What I have a problem with is racial hatred for Commander in Chief of US military by right wing media and politicians to the point where they attempt to undermine the office of POTUS.

That's what's going on and the wack right gerrymandered it--along with lies perpetrated against ALL Democrats (poor, sick, hungry, minorities, women) by Fox Noise and right win media and their ayaatollahs like Limbaugh and Hannity.

Conservatism of hate cannot die off soon enough. Meantime the infrastructure of this nation is crumbling, People are begging for work and conservatives wont support that either. All they get really care about--gun rights--but raising taxes on billionaires and rebuilding America??? meh

Good riddance

I will agree on one thing with you. I don't like people saying Obama is weak and they support Putin or the Jordan King. I think as an American it is stupid to think this way. No matter how much the guy frustrates you he is still the POTUS and united we stand.

Good post Vito!!!
When 9/11 happened I, like 94 percent of Americans, supported the Commander in Chief. I bought flag lapels and gave them to anybody. Bush was my President. When he asked us to go to war I believed him and supported the authorization.

But Obama has been undermined by the previous Vice President--a Republican-- who led us into invasion of Iraq in the first place.

Cheney has attacked Obama personally both here and abroad. Emboldened by Cheney (and vice versa), the conservative hate media led by Fox has been off the rails against this President. Even the daughters were not off limits. When Obama and Michelle did a fist bump it was reported as a terrorist signal for 3 years by Fox News and Limbaugh. The beer summit was pronounced as racist. The man's life story where he overcame so much--ridiculed, the First Lady's too. The envy (one of the seven deadlt sins,)and disdain because he's a black Democrat in the White House is palpable. ever day of his presidency. He's reaached out to work with Congress--what's it got him venom from Fox Noise and more back stabs by Cheney and leaders of Congress..They give the man nothing but unholy hell anad hes the CIC...

Big difference between this President and the previous one in hate media--even after 9/11 on his watch and lies about WMD

Huh?

It shouldn't be too much trouble to produce an audio and/or video clip to back up this assertion if it's true. Three years is a long time, but I looked and I can't find it. Maybe you can. If so, we would all be interested in seeing it.

Do you liberal folks here think it's OK to use a charitable foundation like a slush fund? I'm sure the unions that have given more than 2 million bucks for "political purposes" to the Billary Foundation are seeking the advancement of starving folks in Africa...

No. My preference would be to totally take the $$ out of politics altogether. That said, I think it's intellectually dishonest to complain about the effect of union spending. It is a FRACTION of what big business/billionaires spend, but conservatives are okay with that, though. I question the objectivity of someone that singles out union spending when it's not nearly as much as their opponents. Yes, unions buy influence, and yes, a Clinton is there to accept the $. Why bring that up, but not Sheldon Addelson or the tobacco industry's donations?

Why bring up Sheldon Addelson but not George Soros?

Simple....it doesn't fit his point. As is the point that not all big business/billionaires donates republican. I do agree that there is a ton of hypocrisy regarding donations. sadly, nobody plays "fair" in politics.
